How to raise a complaint or exercise your data rights with FlexLease Solutions Private Limited, our Grievance Officer, response timelines, and escalation to the Data Protection Board of India.

FlexLease Solutions Private Limited (CIN U66190MH2026PTC473888) takes complaints seriously. This page explains how to raise a complaint with us, how quickly we will respond, and where you can take a personal data complaint if we do not resolve it. It covers complaints about this website and about how we handle your personal data, and any other complaint about our service.

  1. Write to us again. If you disagree with our response, reply to the Grievance Officer, say why, and ask for the matter to be reviewed by a director of the company. We will review it and respond in writing.
  2. Personal data complaints: Data Protection Board of India. If your complaint is about your personal data, you must first use our grievance process (section 13(3) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). If we have not resolved your complaint, or have not responded within the time stated above, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India through its official channels once the relevant provisions are in force (13 May 2027). Please keep a record of your complaint and our replies.
  3. Other remedies. These routes do not limit any other remedy you have under law.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified in November 2025 and brought parts of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 into force; most obligations and rights apply from 13 May 2027.
