These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website flexleasesolutions.com (the "Website"), which is operated by FlexLease Solutions Private Limited (CIN U66190MH2026PTC473888), registered office 401, 4th Floor, Shree Satyam Apartments, Raghunath Mhatre Road, Near Dahisar Bridge, Dahisar West, Mumbai 400068 ("FlexLease", "we", "us"). We offer equipment leasing to businesses under the Mintifi brand. By using the Website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

1. What this Website is

The Website provides general information about equipment leasing and lets you send us an enquiry. It is intended for businesses and for people acting on behalf of a business. It is not a platform on which a lease can be taken, and nothing you do on the Website creates a lease.

2. Content is indicative; nothing here is an offer

All content on the Website, including descriptions of what can be leased, rentals, tenures, structures, end-of-term options, tax treatment, examples and guides, is indicative and for general information only. It is not an offer, quotation, invitation to treat, commitment or promise by FlexLease to lease any equipment to you or anyone else, and you may not rely on it as one.

A lease of equipment comes into existence only if all of the following happen: we have received the information and documents we ask for; we have completed our own checks and given our written approval, in our discretion; the equipment, the supplier and the commercial terms are agreed; and you and FlexLease have each signed a written lease agreement. Rentals, tenure and other terms will be those in that signed agreement. Until then, either of us may decide not to proceed, and we do not accept any liability for a decision not to proceed.

Submitting the enquiry form does not oblige either of us to enter into any transaction.

3. Not advice

The guides and information on the Website are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Statements about how a lease may be treated for tax or accounting are general in nature and depend on your circumstances and on the law at the time. Please consult your own advisers before you decide.

4. Using the Website

You agree that you will:

• give accurate and complete information in the enquiry form and not use another person's details without their permission;
• not use the Website unlawfully, or in a way that damages, disables or overburdens it or interferes with anyone else's use of it;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or our systems, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to submit forms or to copy the Website's content in bulk; and
• not submit anything that is false, misleading, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website, or decline to act on an enquiry, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

The Website and its content, including text, design, logos, the Mintifi and FlexLease names and marks, and software, belong to FlexLease or to those who license them to us, and are protected by law. 11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website.
